How to get my in laws property share

I filed sec9 and 498A. Husband filed sec 13 1 ia. No kids. Current status of both cases club and trials going on. My inlaws have properties divided by their parents. If any one of my inlaw dies without writing WILL shall I got share in their property. If not at what scenario I got a share in their property. Please provide details.

Dear Madam, Please be informed that wife cannot claim share in the properties of either husband or in-laws. You are entitled for alimony or monthly maintenance. It seems you have not claimed maintenance or alimony. Immediately, file application for interim maintenance and also amend your objections to Divorce case and claim huge alimony and show all the properties for which your husband is entitled in the proposed partition.
