How To Get Interim Maintenance Order Copy

I am the wife (petitioner) and have been awarded interim maintenance in March' 24. I also want an order copy. How do I get it? Can I apply it online?

you have to fill up a form and pay a nominal printing charge at the counter of the court where you are order is made. the certified copy will be usually ready in a week's time. if it is family court they don't usually upload in website in website

Dear Sir, You have to apply certified copies through your Advocate which is easy. Otherwise you can file such copy application by yourself by prescribed form along with your copy of Aadhar card and also comply formalities as may be directed by the Court staff.

1. you or your advocate can apply for the order copy in the court. 2. it is only offline. the concerned parties or the advocates who have filled vakalat can get a copy. 3. consult your advocate to get a copy.
