My cousin married three months back. arranged marriage. He is not willing to live with her. Not touched her. How to proceed this

You have to seek dissolution of marriage on the ground of non consumption and within one year from the date of marriage you can seek for declaration of marriage as null and void if you are forced or she is of unsoundly mind and need to know facts in detail

For filling divorce petition there must be minimum one year separation is required .There must be a reason for filling divorce under the various grounds divorce petition can be moved.If both the party agrees for divorce mutually then easyly file petition
