How to get divorce with wife due to family differences? Marriage held on 03.12.17. My wife is MTech and we have a girl child aged 1 yr. I am not happy with this marriage due to fights between us. Please explain with total time to get divorce and total fees including lawyers fee etc.

first step is to send a legal notice by an advocate and whether it is a mutual divorce or not,whether it can be sort with mediation?,what are the grounds etc. Lawyer fees depends on lawyer to lawyer. If you wish you can contact me for the same.

1 You can easily get divorce if it is mutual.(u/s13B) 2 On the other hand it may take comparatively more time.(u/s 13) 3 Fees and Time period in particular case can't be discussed here. 4 You along with your wife need to talk an expert to rethink of the effects of divorce on your child as well as your families.
