How to get divorce when charged with adultery

No compatibility with wife, past 7 years not slept together or talked properly to each other Now charged with adultery which is true but wife is not agreeing to give divorce instead threatening to take legal action. Called at police to forcefully sign to stay in marriage. What can be done if o don't want to stay in this marriage?

In this type problem you can file contested divorce petition against her better if she doesn't agree also you can file petition in family court then court will send notice later we can send to mediation in mediation process we can resolve problem

You can file for divorce on ground of cruelty and adultery if you have proof of her adultery or send her legal notice seeking for divorce by mutual consent. Feel free to contact me for further guidance if you need in this regard

No body force you to stat together. Get file duvorce on such grounds and it closed very soon. You must escalate the situations and thus you will be freed from such bondage. Discuss with me. You will get an edge if we rightly project the things

File divorce petition against your wife. if you don't want live with her then file a Petition, If she agrees for mutual Divorce, then go ahead, otherwise need to contest the case for divorce. She file case against you for her maintainance.
