How to get divorce when charged with adultery

No compatibility with wife, past 7 years not slept together or talked properly to each other
Now charged with adultery which is true but wife is not agreeing to give divorce instead threatening to take legal action. Called at police to forcefully sign to stay in marriage. What can be done if o don't want to stay in this marriage?
In this type problem you can file contested divorce petition against her better if she doesn't agree also you can file petition in family court then court will send notice later we can send to mediation in mediation process we can resolve problem

File divorce petition against your wife. if you don't want live with her then file a Petition, If she agrees for mutual Divorce, then go ahead, otherwise need to contest the case for divorce. She file case against you for her maintainance.
