How to get divorce on mutual consent

12-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a hindu boy and got married to a hindu girl in jan2020, through arrange marriage . at first night girl initiated the talk and ask me about the my past relationship and i denied about it but after that to my surprice she herself told me about her past affair which was more than 4 year old and she was in physical relation. i was shocked and i asked her why now she is telling? This thing must be discussed before marriage, don't you think it'll destroy our marriage, she answered i know what'll happen to max we'll not talk to each-other for a year or two, i'll (girl) be at parents house for some time beyond that nothing will happen and you will have to accept me and this marriage sooner or later. After that she lied to his parent that my behavior is not good for her and left for her parent house in may2020 with his brother. till may2020 after that I met her family twice to give a chance to our relationship but she was giving disturbing responses to me and my family.how to get divorce

File a divorce suit under section 13 b of hindu marriage act this is the only way to get divorce under mutual consent if she is not willing to grant you divorce mutually you always have an option to file a divorce suit under 13 A of HMA on the ground of cruelty
