How to get divorce if parents are not allowing

16-Jan-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband has filed a complaint that I had a tattoo of my 1st husband and now my family is asking for money for divorce. Actually it was my bf and we were not married but we regarded and called each other husband-wife but this is not known by my parents. Now my parents are doing another complaint of mental abuse on my husband. I want this matter to end but my parents are not listening to me. What should I do? My husband has proofs that my previous bf and I called each other husband-wife.

first you decide whether you want divorce or not. However it is a very petty issue. Try to make your husband understand about Tatto matter. still if your husband is not understanding then it's better to go for divorce with Mutual understanding and ask for on time settlement amount. if it is not sorted then contest the divorce case in court. Further you can contact for detailed information.

I would like to suggest you that calling each Other by name is not a crime if you have done it in the past for it but secondly you need to take a stand for the relationship of yours and your husband if you want to continue it or want to get separated . on the above mentioned query please appear before the concern court where mental abuse case is pending and file an application on behalf of your husband that the complaint is filed on the basis of wrong and misleading facts. and an another application for rejection of the complaint. and thereafter talk to your husband for divorce by mutual consent.
