How to get divorce if husband is stubborn & not willing to give divorc

I am in a trapped abusive marriage since last five & a half years. I have been devastated. My husband & inlaws have mentally harassed me & I have tried so many times to come out. Husband is so stubborn & manipulative that he is not giving divorce. Everytime he will ask for forgiveness & keep on abusing me. His parents have always humiliated me. Whenever I ask for divorce they start acting.How to get divorce as soon as possible if husband is not agreeing by any means?

there are ways to create pressure husband is not willing because he knows he will have to pay alimony moreso you need to make paper trails and plans to trap him and pressure him and his family for which detailed history is need for better guidance

First you come out from that house and yes there is some procedure for which you need to visit the chamber with details of paper with prior appointment. Depend on the circumstances and evidential prood. there is very much posituve chance to get rid out of it also bring your details identity proof along with all paper. Book appointment over phone.
