Adultry is a strong ground of divorce in Hindu marrige act.
Sec 13(1)(1)of Hindu marrige act provide that if either party of marrige (husband or wife) has had voluntary sexual enter course any person other than his or her spouse the other party may obtain divorce on proving this ground.
Physical and mental harassment is also a ground of divorce.
Your case is very strong for divorce. You can file divorce application before family court in District where you are living.
