How to get a divorce if husband is absconding

Sir my sister husband has been escaped from home.. After a long time she applied for divorce.. And also we filed a case....in court my sister turn came there she said there is no violence in between my husband and me....now our lawyer saying that u won't get divorce., voilence is the only reason for divorce...but there is no violence in between them... Is she get divorce or not?
