How to file in person divorce case in family court, ghaziabad

Hi nLast year I have filed section 9 case and got ex-parte order in November,but my wife refused to come back in given time period. Now I want to file divorce case in person, I had very bad experience in my section 9 case with my councellor, please suggest, is it feasible to file divorce case in person or not, In this case I need help to prepare a petitionThanks.

yes you can file Divorce case in person. there is no bar in filing without advocate. However you should know the proper format, court fee, jurisdiction, cause of action , Ground of Divorce that all will be required else at the time of evidence or at any other stage your petition should not be get dismissed.

in that situation you can file divorce petitiin under section 13 Hindu merriage act on the ground of section 9 and the sepration period you can also mention the cruelity in तdivorce petition. But remember divorce petition take time to decide
