Under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, if the husband and wife agree among themselves and want to divorce, then with mutual consent you can file an application for divorce before the Family Judge and in this, the process is prescribed by law for 6 months. अगर आपसी अपनी सहमति से तलाक लेते हैं तो 13बी हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम के तहत याचिका फाइल की जाती है जो 6 महीने में पूर्ण होगी जिसका सैटलमेंट डीड बनेगा और दो बार जाना पड़ेगा ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए मुझे कॉल कर सकता है

आपसी सहमती से तलाक लेने के लिए पति पत्नी का 1साल तक अलग रहना अवश्यक है दोनों पक्षो की सहमती होना अवश्यक है फैमिली कॉर्ट के द्वार इसमे पति पत्नी को 6 महीने का कूलिंग पीरियड मिलता है कितना खर्च आएगा याह बताना संभव नहीं। तारीख के हिसाब से पे करिए या एक साथ तय कर लीजिये
