How to file a case for cheating

I am having relationship with a man since 2 years.recently got to know that he is already married and have a son of 2 years. He has taken around 6 lakhs money also from me .I got his wife's number and contacted,then due to fear and to overcome that situation he said(manipulated) that they are going to get seperated to . Now whenever I ask about divorce he don't give proper and telling he don't want to marry me. What I'm supposed to do

You have been cheated. You may file a complaint before police with details as to what has happened with you. The complaint should be meticulously drafted with the help of criminal side advocate so that ingredients of offence are included.

If you were in a relationship with him and there was a promise to marriage from his part then it is an offence committed by him against you. He developed relations with you on the pretext of marriage and therefore you may file a complaint against him. The complaint has to be meticulously drafted with the help of your counsel.

Well, you can file a Rape Case, if you had given your consent for indulging in sex with him on mere condition that he would later on marry you. If he has not obeyed your promoise till date and kept on indulging in sex with you on the basis of that promise, that, he would marry you, then you can file a Rape case, but whether you will win that case or not depends upon several factors

you can file FIR as a Rape case if you really dont know that he has got married also cheating case firstly just visit the police station with strong will the police will suggest you in a proper way if they dont then juat call your good laywer

one thing is clear he is not going to marry you matter remains for adultery and cheating the Complaint can be filed through advocate so meet a advocate to file a complaint before the appropriate court
