How to enter my in-laws home with my daughter

My husband took out me and my daughter from my in-laws home.i want to enter his house.give me legal advice.

if u want to revisit is at your husband home than you can file a domestic violence case against your husband in which you will get the right to live in your husband house and you will also get the cost code from him for living
