I was cheated by a person who is working in BEL Bangalore he sayed tht he was a divorcee and he took me too blore and he forced me to divorce my husband he done everything to file my divorce too and I filled but after tht I came to know tht he was not a divorcee he hide me and we get married in Mandir and stayed like husband wife but now he left me
Now have u got divorce from your husband ? If not, you undergoing whatever kind of marriage ceremony will be illegal, notwithstanding the illegality of marriage you other partner underwent with you.

You can file complaint against hi. For misrepresentatiin, cheating along with 3 and 4 of dowry prohibition against him in police station and send him to jail or get it settled in police station by speaking to police then ur life could be settled or else think before u do what contact me for solutions.

Madam,what u can file a domestic violence case and claim maintenance, u can also file a fraud and cheating Case, along with a bigamy case, u need to have all documents, photo, and proof of staying together and take legal action against him, u can give a complaint to the commissioner also.
