how to deal with abusive in laws and husband

My name is priya .I want to divorce. But I m not independent. Shading ko 5 saal ho gaye.ek beta hai .I just feel like I m only a maid that's my identity in sasural. I have no right for asking questions from anyone if I do then they that who r u. One room and kitchen only that's my space. No right to go anywhere. No right to talk to anyone.jab awaj othathi hun mera husband kehte ki tum humari brabari karogi that words hurt me to much. Theses days I feel more mentally disturb. Full frustrated. I just want to come out these relationships. But nobody support me either my brother or father. They said it's OK every girl suffer this and u get food clothes shelter what u want now. And what about identity. My husband forces me serve their parents. But I don't bcz they doesn't deserve. Bcz I my marriage life become he'll bcz of them. What I do

you can file a complaint against them before women commissioner Mrs GULATI . as well as before court of law to get. maintainance for you. you have a lot of legal remedies for yourself. no one has right to treat like a slave

You can file case in domestic violence act. In that case you will get separate residence in the same house alongwith maintenance from your husband and also protection from their ill treatment. As you have said you have no support therefore you won’t be able to afford to go back to your parental home. Therefore you can get separate residence in your matrimonial home. Hope this helps you.
