How to comply with an ex parte divorce decree

I got ex party divorse on 07.12.2017.my wife filled a misc case on 12.01.18.for one time settlement we met together on 05.05.18.She claim rs. 13 lac but i agree to pay 6 lac. She refused. I am govt bank officer. I give her maintenence rs. 5000 from last one year. What can i do. Can i re marriage on june 2018.
Your wife filed miss case for setting aside the ex-party decree.. basically the rule is you can marry again after 90 days from the date of of divorce.you should contest the said misc case and prove it to the court that decree shall not be set aside.
