How to check actual income in sec 125

I know RTI won't work in private Sector . What are the other ways to check someone income and assets in sec 125 case.

Firstly matter in which district and second thing Through post card, where he works in the company, you can ask for information through RTI of RTI there, it is your right and I want you and you can contact me for more and more information.

if you know the address of such place where the releated person doing job then you can pray or request in front of the court to send a notice that place and demand the report or status about his or her job . the private sector never ignore the court order.

when a person is working in a private company he must be filing his income tax return so you can go to a CA and figure out how much return he is filing through his PAN number also the assets if any will be this closed in the ITR
