How to cancel marriage registration without mutual consent, if neither ceremonial marriage nor staying together has ever happened till date? The registration was done 3-4 yrs back out of immaturity and the relationship turned out to be unwanted afterwards.
Have been facing emotional blackmails and mental harassment since long time.

It cannot be cancelled just by word of mouth or by affidavit, it can happen only over mutual divorce from court of law and only by divorce decree, you can part ways from your husband, there various other facts which you need to inform in details
