i did a court marriage on 01 july 22. we stayed together for 2 days in haridwar and Rishikesh. she left me n I rejoined my duty in jammu. she NVR visited my hometown. she is msc pg and she is having 40k in her bank acc. I'm ready to keep her. plz tell me how can I avoid interim maintenance

In case you wish to stay with your wife and resume your matrimonial ties, you can file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act.
If she has already filed for maintenance then you can just drag the matter. Once the interim maintenance is decided, you will have to pay it.
