How to ask wife to come back home legally

She is not staying with me more than 6mths and we a 6yrs daughter and my mistake was i was dirking ocassionlly and i had lost my job and she doesnt want to stay with my parents and she doesnt listen to me she listen to her father only whatever her father says she do that only.What should I do?
In your case you can send legal notice to your wife to ask her to come and stay with you. You can also file case to call her back.

you are not mention when your marriage period, but you have a daughter 6 year old that means your marriage more then 7 years. now who have possession of minor daughter ?
if your wife is not talking with you. You can send a notice for conjugal right, and if she dose not complied, you can file suit for conjugal right.
But my suggestion is that, first you have to give trust and confidence, you are changed and ready to take all responsibility her and daughter.
