How to apply for Divorce (Marriage with a foreign citizen )

I have married to an European citizen in the year 2017. Our marriage was registered in Delhi under Hindu Marriage Act. Just the Day after our marriage, my wife left to her country. She has visited me for 5 days in the year 2018. After that we have never stayed together. Most of our communication were over online only. From last couple of months, we have no communication. I would like to know , how can apply for divorce and what are the procedures and documents required. Thank You.

you need to file divorce petition in Delhi, if you have a marriages registration certificate & Marriage picture .you can file, the process is very simple , you can file on the ground of desertion. once you file will get divorce

The following documents will be needed from your side for filing of a divorce petition:- 1). Your and your wife's passport size photographs. 2). Your Aadhar Card. 3). Marriage Card (if available). 4). Marriage Photographs. And if there's no scope of living together then rather than stretching the relationship you should go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

we have provision under hindu marriage act but have to check the facts before commenting further. from your query it seems that she is living in another country with her consent and also there is no scope / minimal scope of any dispute. this case can be settled may be with a mutual consent divorce. you should proceed with complete plan and fact to prepare your plaint.

You have to filed the divorce case in court through the advocate and filed all the documents and proof in the court .firstly you need to hire the advocate and consult and take all the legal knowledge from advocate .we will give you the best advice
