How to apply for divorce if husband is not interested in family respon

Dear sir/madam
My husband is not interested in family responsibilities and he indirectly need a divorce and giving me mental stress so how can I file divorce against him and ask maintenance
Basing on the inputs given by you,Following would be my suggestion.
# you can send him a legal Notice to him, Though the family law doesn't make this system of sending notice mandatory but its suggestive.
