How to appeal against dismissal of divorce petition?

I filed the case for divorce without asking any money from husband. Staying outside from metromonial home from last 12 years. I never got any kind of support from husband since his posting was away but money also I spent and he used to save. When nothing was there in marriage, no children, no Finencial , emotional support , no physical relationship. But my petition was dismissed because I did not put allegation on him. Shall I apply in high court
Well we could only see your petition and alsobthe order that has been passed by the Judge while stating hisbgrounds of dismissal. Please take note that only after perusing the order and your petition it can be ascertained which route to take. And yes there can be an appeal to the High Court.

Yes we can appeal to the high court...which is the appellate jurisdiction in such matters and can either pray for adjudication or remanding back of the matter to the family court.. suggest we discuss this in detail over a phone call which will also enable me to advise you appropriately.

Yes you can appeal in the Hon'ble High Court as you are staying away from him since last 12 years and it is totally a case of cruelty that he is not giving you any sort of help be it financial or be it emotional.
