How soon Indian family court can give its verdict on custody of 5 year old child(boy) when child custody case is filed by father

Normally it takes a while as custody cases filed by father is scrutinized thoroughly. If there threat to the child from the mother and if you can prove it then you can suceed. Another possibility is that if you can prove that you are the right parent who can provide a better life to the child compared to mother and better for the welfare of the child.

it depends on how the mother react to the case and if she fights for the child custody herself then it is not possible for you to get the custody at the earliest, if your wife is willing to give the child custody to you then u will get it immediately
