How should a man marry 2nd time as his divorce is yet not given

The girl left to maternal home in a span of 2months and the boy family called her but she didn't come up .after many follow ups and meeting to reunite and both families decided to divorce mutually but then the girl started to lengthen the court procedure by putting domestic violence case and harrasment case to dig gold .ow this case is going for the 4th year and the guy wants to marry again as the second partner parents are putting force that we cannot wait long.how can u help us?

Second marriage is possible only when the first marriage is dissolved hence legally you can remarry until you get the divorce from the first wife. therefore ask for a mutual settlment and file for a mutual consent if she is agreeing to your request.
