How save myself and my family from dowry case

I m living seprate from my wife last April. 2021 due to her behavior,rudely talk and fighting ,hath uthana, abusing with me and my family,ihave go usa 22-feb-23-as per company agreement which was inform to my wife ,she has given permission on WhatsApp chatt,but as i left India next day my parents received a call from mahila thana regarding complain against me and my mother and my bhabhi for dowry and voilance,but now ihave reached usa and join my job,I'm not able come next two year,which was already told to my wife,but she played a game with me ,after thana processing case come in court of domestic violance, now what should I do ,now I m in usa ,498 case still pending at pollice office,after some time it will come in court,pls suggest me what should I do case also.

Hello Sir, Do not worry at all, she has filed criminal complaint and it is yet to concluded into FIR. Jus cooperate with the police in their questioning process and it might not result into FIR. Please call for further clarification on the issue Thanks Adv Dr Preeti Manderna

Don't worry about 498a you can delay thta matter because there is a process of FIR us 498a first it will go for counseling at mahila thana than at mediation centre and after that again mahila thana or after that they will file an FIR in generally cases,, firstly hire an Advocate who can handle these matters until u r not hardly required... hye don't be penic you have to pursue the case which was filled against your parents and other relatives you have to file anticipatory bail before the court they will easily allow the same then go with trail
