How Muslim Husband can submit legal Divorce in Court?

Hi , Please help me how I can file divorce legally in Court because if I will ORAL talaq than possibility that Police can file Triple Talaq case so better I would like to go in a legal way. nnAlso what are Legal remedies I have to separate. Like Hindu Law have Judicial Separation do we have any such kind of law in Muslims ?

As you mentioned that you want to live separately from your husband and are living separately and you want to get divorce, then in such situation you can get divorce by mutual consent by the courtThere is no substitute for judicial separation in Muslim law
