How much I pay maintenance when my salary is low.

Sir my family(dad) have around 1000 cr (this is self made income) net worth but I don't have any assets and I have only 60k rupee par month salary job. So if I divorce how much maintenance my wife can claim and I live with my family so my living standard is high but I don't have big net worth or net income. So how court decide maintenance. And my wife is non working and only graduate. She have my salary sleep but they claim 500000 rupee per month they say in court my leaving standard like I have big house and BMW car but everything is my father own property. They have only only mobile photo of when I drive car stay in house so how I defend this case.
you will have to defend on your salary as your wife can claim maintenance from you salary and also she can claim property rights which belong to you only and not yours fathers property as per the law and also if u want divorce you should have proper evidence to get a divorce

she can claim maintenance only your salary Base. court can pass 30% maintenance on your earning base. do you have documents of property and BMW car which is name on your father. then you can produce before court. and argument these all has father's property.

In this case it depends on how much your wife is qualified for a job but still chooses to be idle.
If she is qualified then court may not grant her maintenance
She cannot claim your father's property in maintenance
