How many notices court issues if wife doesn't respond to the court order?? How much duration it takes to complete ex-parte divorce procedure?

There is no need of more notices.If Notice is served according to Civil Procedure Code.Court has ordered that notice is served properly according to CPC.Then there is no need of more notices.As per procedure Judge shall pass final order as per law.There is no time prescribed in Law.

Ex Parte Divorce. A divorce which is granted within a jurisdiction where only one of the spouses is validly domiciled. An ex parte divorce is valid even if one spouse is never domiciled within the jurisdiction where thedivorce was granted or subject to personal jurisdiction.

Hello, You need to make a submission to court and intimate the deliberate non appearance of your wife to delay the proceedings and post which the court shall issue summons through bailiff or sheriff. You may submit that report and if still your wife does not appear, the court shall proceed with ex-parte proceedings. Please feel free to connect for further consultations.
