How Do We Get Married And Then Divorced Without Parents Notice

I want to know the basic rules of getting married and then having the divorce. Without parents notice. Can marriage be held in Gujrath without witness? And then do they allow divorce after the marriage?
as per Hindu Marriage Act there are certain rules and regulation prescribed for Hindu age and ability to consume marriage spouse age should be 18 and 21 respectively . husband and wife should be same religion and sound mind . they should have no any disease which is serious disease ant had not married previously . Saptapadi is essential in marriage . special Hindu Marriage Act have not any restriction ab religion . father query you may ask me in personal .
