How can wife get divorce without husband will??

Sir my name akhil, my lover got married 4years ago becoz of parents pressure...and now she want to take divorce from her husband.they have one boy child, she is not happy with him so she wants to get divorce with my help, and we want to marry again. How can she proceed to get divorce and get the child with her... how can we proceed legally... is there any chance that she can get shelter from me untill she get divorce,without any pressure from her parents and husband... please help us with a proper legal procedure
your question is not fair. though she was ur lover but is wife of her husband and mother of her son. The words you said that she is not happy with her husband, perhaps only due to ur intervention in her life. we observed in many incidents like these, the women always been decieved.
coming to present, if the cruelty of her husband proved, she is entitled to get divorce.
if she wilfully lives with you, no one can directly attacks you but, lodges complaint with police and on enquiry if she says that she lives at there with her free mind and there is no threat or with fear or by force, the police is nothing to do in this situation.
