How can I get government lawyer? What if I (petitioner) am unable to go to the court on hearings. How can this can be transfered to other state.

If you want to appoint a government advocate to defend your case, who will fight your divorce case properly, then for this you will have to first give a written application to that judge in the court where your case is pending and that He will send your application to the District Legal Services Authority, so that a lawyer will be available to you free of cost.

dear client as per your query I'm unable to get the point for what purpose you need to have government lawyer as they represent state and you don't have to attend each hearing as you are represented by your advocate and for interstate transfer you have to apply your TA in High Court and for different state you have to apply your TA in supreme court for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
