Tell more about your place and community. If u Hindu than according to Hindu marriage act you have two ways to get divorce from your wife. First you both parties get a divorce with mutual consent. Second you can get divorce in the ground of character.

Hello, Its true in this world that who not loves u that is ur ur husband. First of all u give a complaint in the police about ur husband. If u not satisfy from the complaint then collect all evidence about ur husband and apply a suit in court for divorse. It is not compelsary that u live with ur husband in these bad conditions.

Within one year of marriage getting divorce is not possible in normal circumstances. The reasons you cited are not extraordinary to seek divorce immediately. Further it is not mandatory to stay with your husband against your will.

If u want divorce its not necessary to live together. If your marriage is not register , and was done against your will , then it will be a void marriage. And can be terminated before initial 1 year. .
