21-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir. My girlfriend is married due to family pressure . But after two day.. .. she dont want to live with that man... is there any short note divoce with the mutual person.. and she will free from that marriage.... She is married in taikat nagar in lucknow..also according to adhar card she is not 18.. or as par 10th marksheet.. she is 19.... I really care for it.. both family didnot accept divoce.. but she want divoce with that men because she dnt love him or she want spend his next 30 40 yr with that man...
She can file for a divorce with mutual consent if her husband is also ready for the same. The procedure will take it's own time. In case her husband is not willing for divorce with mutual consent she can herself file for divorce giving the valid reasons for the same.

Divorce can be taken only after one year of marriage, not before,
If the girl is 19 years old on the mark sheet of High School, then the Aadhar card is not as relevant, it is a necessary high school mark sheet for the age proof.
