how can i get a divorce from my wife. she is not consenting.

I want a Divorce from my Wife. There are a lot of fights between us . she abuses me both verbally and physically. i have videos and some recordings too. I recently met another girl and want to marry her. Now she knows about it and refuses to give divorce mutually. She is threatening us that she will file a harassment and illegal relationship case against us. i dont want that girl name to come in between. She also says that i have written it everywhere that if anything happens to me you and ur family and that girl is responsible. Im scared for myself and my family what if she really does something and blames us for it. What can i do to get divorce and save myself from this case. i am a hindu.

First of all you should send a legal notice to your wife to improve her behaviour towards you and your family members and also give proper respect otherwise you will take appropriate legal action against her in competant court. you should also demand unconditional apology from your wife.
