How can I file for a divorce if my husband tortures me

11years before i married to a man of my choice. My parents were not ready fr d marriage still i do court marriage. After some time i get to know thay my Husband is character less person, he tortured me mentally nd physically both. I tried to suicide two times but still m alive. he put on false blaims on me. If i talk to any male person he think i have an affair wd him.i have two children one girl of 9 yrs nd one boy of 2.5 yrs. From last 8 months m living wd my parents. My son is wd me nd daughter wd him. My daughter don't want to come wd me. I want to take divorce from him but he ask I'll not give u divorce. In society he shows he is a vry nice person nd his family members r vry nice to me that's why all our known advice me to go back. I give him so many chances buy everytime he cheats me now i want to close the chapter. My widow sister in law also lives in my in laws home. She interfare alot. Plz suggust me how i show his real face to society and how i get divorced from him
