Household work and maintenance issue

Hello, I need to ask that should I file a complain in women commission if my husband doesnot gives me maintenance amount?

why do you want to file in women commission rather you file a maintenance games in the family court there you have the compliance rights where as women commission will not able to anything other than talking to him and wasting your time if you want to go had do that that's your choice but I would recommend you to file a maintenance case in a family court

Once the matter has gone to court other authority do not interrupt in any manner. If your maintenance is granted by court and husband is not paying them you have to again approach court. But if in routine husband is not paying maintenance then you have the option of going to women commission however in this case also you will get releif only from Court.

You Should File a Case Under Section 125CrPC/144BNSS, against your Husband And court will passes an order against your Husband for giving you Maintenance. You also can register an FIR against your husband
