Divorce can be either contested or with the mutual consent of the parties. If ur husband is agreeable for separation then both of u can opt for mutula consent divorce which has a separate procedure and requirements. Hi, Yes ofcourse you can get a divorce.
You can get a divorce either with mutual consent of both you and your husband or you can contest it in court if its not mutually agreed upon.
Contesting can be on various grounds like Adultery,Cruelty,Desertion, Conversion etc.
So if you clarify further accordingly it can be adressed.

Yes you can get divorce from your husband by filing a petition for mutual divorce under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act. In mutual divorce both husband and wife must give their consent for having mutual divorce.
