Hindu girl and catholic husband, never had special marriage certificat

Now his advocate inform I can just put on paper I m Christian, which is not going to affect my status. I really don't want the name catholic should be visible any where, is there not any way I can be added Hindu and he can remain catholic we do have 2nd hearing on this Friday, what to do?

If you don't want to your name to be associated with Catholic religion this other option on hiding for removing religious identity you can request the code to omit religious identification from the public cage documents which can be submitted by your lawyer by reasoning that personal reasons privacy or fear of stigma you can file an affidavit for the same and was your marriage been registered under special marriage act action before the hearing your lawyer should file a written request your application to the judge or the registrar handling the case before this hearing on Friday if you're comfortable speaking of the lawyer and present this privacy concern or emotional distressed issue which course usually respect

r u getting divorced? then u can file divorce under family court act. even if u r not married under special marriage act or file under indian divorce act in case u r married and u r shown converted during marriage.
