My marriage on 02-02-2000, file judicial sapretion Sept 2000,which convert in divorce petition after completing one year of marriage allowed in 2010, but by first apeel by other party it is disallowed in 2011. My lawyer files writ in place of second apeel, which decided for going to second apeel in2014. In this time period my all record file disappear in lower court and I suffer lot, now I file second apeel defective in 2017.
Sir there are 18year ,how I get relief?
The procedure which appears regarding ur case is not in proper form I thing.
This is only nd strong view that case is painting from last 18 year .
U can file a writ for expedite disposal of ur case pending in lower court. And I think this is a v good ground u take order in ur favor .
Also pray for time boundatation for lower court and here the matter day to day .

don't you have the record what your advocate has filed in the court if you have it you can file it in court i am unable to understand why you are lingering the case as per your saying your advocate must be aware of the facts as well as the copy of record with him.
