I belong to Hindu religion & having a daughter of 6+yrs, what all property am eligible to get from my spouse. We married in 2009 & til date 2013 he was job less. Now he got a job, left the present home & not paying EMI, purchased a new home. Am working women
You are entitled to get a share in all his ancestral property and secondly you can claim maintenance from his self acquired property. You can also ask for the maintenance of your child as well. you need to file appropriate applications in the court regarding the same
