high court permission for divorce petition within 1 year

My marriage was done on 09.02.2020 and we are living separately from 04.03.2020...and she is saying neither she will come nor she will give divorce.
Can i file petition of divorce by taking special permission from high court.?

if your wife is not willing to take or opt for divorce no court can force her to do, you can file it and obtain ex parte obviously but before filing you must consider few very important things otherwise it will haunt you big time
