Hi this is Bharat from Hyderabad . I have love problem i want marry my

I have love problem and my girlfriend got married with someone due parents not accepted and they blackmailed her and married. But I can't saty without her i want her back i want to inform about our love to her husband so that he can leave her then we can marry . Can you help me please is there any alternative and if i do this one which type of problem i will face .
Legally now that she is married you cannot enforce any law. But yes as you said once you share your love story with her husband and only if he is ready for divorce you can marry her. You xan marry her only when shr is judicially saperated. Otherwise, she can leave her husband nd file for divorce and in merits she xan win thr the case and after winning you can marry her.
