Hi Me n my wife want to take mutual divorce with out any blame or bad name. It's just because our marriage is not working we just want to get out off this n live our life happily.

Hi You can file joint petition for divorce by mutual consent. Wherein you are not bound to put any blame or allegations on each other. You will get separated peacefully in six months depending on your case

You can file mutual consent Divorce in Family Court or any other appropriate jurisdiction court.But before mutual consent divorce petition filing in court you must settle issues of permanent alimony and children's custody.
