Hi All, I have received legal notice from the court by my husband to appear before the court on given the time and date. My Question 1) Is that mandatory to attend the court on given timeline. 2) If I don't wish to attend the court what will happen? 3) What step my husband can take next? 4) Will it causes my matrimonial life in future?

Answer 1,2,3yes it’s always good to attend the court on given date so that case will not be heard exparty 4. Your husband may get a divorce in exparty. If you attend the court you may refer the case foe mediation and try to so love the issues if possible
