Help needed to discuss possibility of mutual divorce

03-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, I am married to my father's sister's son for 12 years and we have been separated for 7 years now, no kids. Marraige happened in Tirupati and we last stayed together in Bangalore. He did not work, drunkard, use all my salary, money, jewels and started physically assaulting as I was becoming distant. I moved out of the country and wish to divorce him. Since all family members, friends are close to both families, none of coming forward to talk on behalf of me. When my father or his friends tried to reach him, my husband absconded. My mother had expired and mother's side family doesn't want to get involved. I am mentally tired and cannot talk in his rowdy language. Is there any way to get help from a strong person/entity to start discussing possibility of mutual divorce on my behalf and if he doesn't agree, file for divorce? I am coming to India in December and wish to get closure. Thanks for your help.

Dear Madam, You can file divorce instead of entering into dialogue with your husband. You may execute Special Power of Attorney and get file divorce case immediately. Your evidence if required will be recorded through video conference. If you want you can also claim big alimony from your husband. Your case has merit to get divorce.
