My husband is in army he used to drink and beat me and doesnt take care of his 8 month daughter and me not giving any money and his mother also send me to mother home.. They want my father to take care of me and his daughter..and they are forced my father to do marriage and baby name ceremony function to be celebrated in grand manner... Lot of money of my father get spoiled and now they dnt take care of me and my daughter bcas she is a girl not boy.. And now my husband showing all personal msges to their family and they dnt want me back to their house.. My husband not talking to my daughter since 1 Month not giving money frm 2 years from marriage

you can file Domestic Violence case, Maintenance and custody of child. You can attach his salary from Army and make sure you get the maintenance amount before he gets his salary directly from government. you need to take strong actions and then only things will happen the way you wish.

Good evening
First you can ask money from him
If he denied you can file maintenance petition before court
If you don’t want to live with him you can file divorce case and domestic violence case against him
