Hello I am married man. My wife is mentally not stable. (All in her family knows this). I am in relationship with my wife's sister. (Who is separated). We want to give a legal format to this relationship for emotional and monitory security. Can you advise please?

the first thing to do is you have to apply for divorce and thereafter you can marry the sister of your wife, if your wife's sister is also not divorced her husband she also has to apply for divorce and get it there after she can marry you, but you too should be divorced.

Dear Sir, You have to get mutual divorce from your wife if not agreed then you have to file contested divorce on the ground of concealing the health condition of your wife. Thus you may get divorce legally but it may take some time. You may continue live in relationship till you get legal divorce.
