Having some queries related to divorce so please guide me

If a husband have 6 thousand/month income so in that case how much amount he has to give his wife after divorce and even a husband dnt hv his home he is living in his mother house......he has some part in his father agriculture land so husband wife will get a share from there or not

you can get one third of your husband income and also share in your husband property. but idf you go for mutual divorce then in that case you can also fix a alimony amount mutually. there are also some cases where one can get share in father in law property but it depends upon your case.

It all depends on the judge and how your case is presented in front of the court. You are entitled to 30% of his monthly income as maintenance. You have right in the property but again it depends on the entire facts of your case. Hope this helps.
